FLOW Jamaica engaged LIONYX Inc. as its outsourced direct marketing, sales, and customer acquisition partner, with a mandate to accelerate residential subscriber growth without expanding internal headcount. LIONYX operated as a direct extension of FLOW’s commercial operations—managing door-to-door sales, subscription promotions, call center sales, customer surveys, and retention initiatives. The model combined outside sales teams (DMAs) with inside call center representatives (CSRs), supported by centralized campaign planning, training, scripting, reporting, and performance-based compensation.
